Objectives of the job / Key Success Factors
1.Support the manager to optimize the regional supply network, including sourcing strategy defining and sourcing project implementation.
2.Act as central contact point for skin category supply chain configuration projects and advise on available capacities, manufacturing scale, capacity management, optimal sourcing decision and contingency plan.
3.Manage and control the innovation project planning in the related countries together with manager.
4.Support manager to develop and monitor Supply Chain networks for implementation of regional innovation projects and ensure on time in full delivery.
5.Support to establish optimum sourcing scenarios and capex requirements. Develop & agree business case with respective countries.
6.Information management on supply chain category database for the region and develop networks with country supply chain management with a view to acquiring, transmitting and using relevant information relating to sourcing, supply chain, complexity and innovation in the category.
7.Simplification initiatives with innovation program by recommending and supporting integration of skin category.
Skills / Competencies / Experience required of the candidate
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.1-2 years supply chain working experience in MNC, fresh can apply. Good blend of financial analytical skills or financial background would be a plus.
3.Self-motivated, Careful, Eager to learn, Good Team Spirit, able to work under the pressure.
4.Strong coordination skill, business sense, and global mindset.
5.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
6.Good written & spoken English.
7.Proficiency in IT skills & applications.
