1. Involve the whole executive searching process: business development, order taking, searching candidates, interview, candidate report preparation, payment and etc.;
2. Daily routine;
3. Coach and instruct researcher;
4. Project and time management

Requirements:
1. Relevant education and working experience;
2. People sense, hard, smart and quick learner;
3. Good communication both in English and Chinese
